In this foundational series, participants will embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, learning how to define their unique leadership purpose and cultivate a servant leadership mindset that builds a culture of engagement and high performance.

SERIES 02 - LEADERSHIP DOWNSTREAM
This leadership module empowers leaders to guide their teams to success. It equips leaders with the tools and strategies necessary to lead the day-to-day execution of plans, cultivate relationships, and empower individuals to realize their full potential.
4 Sessions | 2.5 hours per session | $795/person
Note - Module 1 is a prerequisite to Module 2
SERIES 03 - LEADERSHIP UPSTREAM
This leadership module teaches leaders to strategically support organizational objectives. Leaders will be a bridge by actively collaborating and building mutually supportive relationships with their peers and leadership, creating an “us” environment.
4 Sessions | 2.5 hours per session | $795/person
