About Us
We are building a world where no leader steps into the role unprepared, and no organization loses its potential because the people leading were never developed.
Every organization sits on more potential than it uses. The difference between those that reach it and those that fall short almost always comes back to leadership.
We believe the leader is the catalyst. When leaders are developed, supported, and held to a real standard, the people around them grow, and the organization grows with them.
What we have seen
Leader Momentum was built on nearly two decades of work across two disciplines: rigorous, science-based consulting, and hands-on leadership and talent strategy inside organizations. From both vantage points, the same pattern kept surfacing. The biggest thing standing between an organization and its potential is talent that is never fully developed, stretched, and prepared for high performance. And leadership is its greatest opportunity to change that.
Leadership potential left uninvested does not stay contained. It spreads. It shows up as disengaged employees, as capability that never matches the resources a company poured in, and as a workforce that slowly costs more than it returns. According to Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace: 2026 Report, low employee engagement costs the global economy an estimated $10 trillion in lost productivity, which represents roughly 9% of global GDP.
The reverse is just as measurable. When leaders are invested in, supported, and held to a high standard, we have seen the return. Business growth. Succession and legacy that hold. A culture with markedly higher wellbeing and engagement.
What we believe
Leaders rarely fail for lack of potential. They fail because no one equipped them for what they did not know before they stepped in. They were handed a title, not a support system. No space to reflect, no honest read on the influence they carry, and no chance to practice the skills before the real moment arrived. So they learned in theory what they needed in practice, usually too late.
We build for the opposite. Learn what strong leaders actually do and say. Understand your own influence. Then practice in the everyday scenarios leaders really face before it counts.
The Momentum Community
Training alone was never the point. Our mission is to build a Momentum Community.
It begins with the leader. We guide people to understand themselves and the influence they carry, then to learn alongside other leaders. Our sessions run as small-group conversations, not lectures. The room becomes one honest discussion where leaders name what they are facing, diagnose it together, and work through the everyday scenarios they actually meet. The growth belongs to them, and they own it.
And because we keep building content, it never ends with a single program. It becomes a continuous, progressive journey, with support that grows as they do.
That same spirit reaches past the room. Community also means a place where our partners share ideas for the good of the people they serve, and where our clients come together to work and challenge each other to become their next best selves.
Because momentum is not something you attend. It is something you build together, and keep.
