What Is It?

The Going PRO Talent Fund provides grants to Michigan employers to help cover the cost of employee training. These funds support short-term, customized programs delivered by third-party providers like us.

Whether you’re looking to upskill existing staff, onboard new hires, or develop leadership capabilities, we can partner with you to design and deliver training that qualifies for Going PRO funding.

What’s Eligible?

Going PRO grants can cover a wide range of training needs, including:

• Technical skills development

• New hire onboarding

• Leadership and soft skills training

• Registered apprenticeship support

Most employers can receive up to $2,000 per employee.
